I applied via the company website and was contacted by an HR to schedule an initial phone call. The phone call took 30 minutes and at the end, the HR told me she would forward my CV to the hiring manager. I never heard from her again - I've followed up several times to ask for feedback, but the HR didn't reply to my email or answer my calls.
