My case was quite unique I think. I met the HR manager at a job fair, filled out the paper application right there, he asked me a couple of interview-esque questions and a couple days later I got a call from an employee saying that the manager liked me a lot so I was hired without further interview needed. I just needed to answer this questionnare and if I passed I would be called back and told about orientation.

The interview process was inefficient, and needlessly long. I spoke to 4 people about the role and it took months, wish the process had been more streamlined and more clarity on timeline.
