Applied online, then a representative from HR calling me to have a screening skype call. It went quite well, then the next round I had a skype screening, to measure my technical expertise with one of the senior engineer there and then they gave me technical challenge. After completing the challenge, I got invitation to the Berlin office to present my result with the chapter lead and one of the senior engineer It went well, then I got invited for a personallity interview with the chapter lead and the CTO, the next day they gave me the contract. Overall it was a good experience, they were quite friendly during the interview so it helps me to relax
