Half hour video interview through MS Teams with the CISO and department manager. CISO appeared on camera, manager did not. They were friendly enough and asked pertinent questions, but the post-interview followup was abysmal. Neither interviewer seemed to know what the salary range for the position was (or they were unwilling to disclose) and gave a vague response when asked. The CISO did not get back to me until a month after the interview, where he emailed with a perfunctory apology and said he had been busy with other organizational duties. Over a year after it was originally posted, the job listing remains open. I don't know what kind of person they're looking for; I don't think they do, either.
