Initial telephone call from Rackspace Talent Acquisition deparartment(!) First interview was a technical quick fire questions interview. Second Interview was a fairly long chat with the department manager on the phone. I then attended the offices and had a fairly standard interview with some whacky Rackspace bits thrown in.
