The whole interview lasts about 1.5-2 hours. HR will first release a short vedio about RSM to introduce the company RSM; then the interviewer will take turns to ask everyone a simple question (without self-introduction), such as: free time What are you doing, what sports do you like, your strengths and weaknesses, what are your weaknesses, and your heroes. Afterwards, a question will be given, and the group will discuss for 20 minutes. The question we are assigned is the impact of recycling on the environment; after the discussion, there will be a 10-minute English presentation. Only the presentation specifies that English is required, and Cantonese/Mandarin is used at other times. You can also choose to have an interview in English. The atmosphere of the whole interview was very relaxed. The team members I met were very friendly and there was no aggressive situation. HR is very patient, with a smile on his face all the time, which makes people feel very relaxed.
