Entretien
The process included the following components:
1. initial application
2. online assessment/strengths assessment
3. online interview (video questions: this involved being asked a question and having my answers video recorded)
4. assessment centre (including final interview)

1. Tell us something you enjoy doing?
2. When something didn't go to plan, how did you react?
3. When you had a problem, how did you use data to solve it?
4. When have you have had success through your initiative?
5. Tell us when you learnt something completely new. How did you go about it?
I had to do a video assessment where I had 1 minute to prepare before answering the question which was talking for 2 minutes. The questions weren't too intense and you just had to stay calm and be yourself.
