2 in-person interviews. First with Assistant Manager and then with Store Manager. Normally, when you get called in for second interview it means they have already made selection to hire you. Easy and basic sales related questions.

Very short and simple. Basic interview questions and customer service scenario questions. It was very short and pretty easy going. Mostly done one-on-one in person. Dress still professional but casual, even though it's just a hardware store.

Casual, talking to a floor manager at their desk. Also got a tour of the store. Suit felt overdressed for interview. Was short, no more than 15-20 mins. Started by asking floor staff where to find manager, then was taken to their desk where the interview happened.
