I had a phone interview, an in-person interview, followed by a panel interview which included Bryan Dixon, President and CEO, as part of that interview. Overall, these were standard interview questions - nothing tricky about it. Everyone was very nice and professional. Just the time in between each interview was lengthy. They didn't seem urgent to fill their positions, but that might be a good thing as they are maybe picker at making their selections.
