Applied at company website. Was called after 3 days. Made to wait because HR was late . First round was basic HR round with queries related to previous job,skills,why i left the previous company,expected salary,etc. Next round was technical round by a Team Lead.Basic queries. Nothing tough. I felt interviewer himself was not sure about the questions. This round created doubts about the quality of the company in my mind.In the end,i asked about the work being done in the company,technologies used and scope of growth.Got very dull response.Lasted about 20 mins. Was told that i will be informed in 1-2 days. Was offered job. But did not take it up as the technical round did not make me very happy about the quality of company and excited about working here. Also salary offered was pretty less. I think if an experienced candidate has done/learnt his/her work properly in previous company,cracking RJ software interview will not be very tough.
