I got contacted by the Talent Acquisition team to a consultant job. Met a few team managers and directors in 3-4 face to face meetings. In one of the meeting there was head hunting role play. After a week I got a call they wanted to offer.

first round with the TA team, get to know about the company in general, 4~5 rounds with different team managers to see which team fits you the most, and the last round with the Managing Director
