I applied online for the Associate Consultant position at RGF. Talent Aquisition Team was very responsive and supportive. I initially had 2 Skype interviews in the first round with the team, then got into the second round with 2 Directors.

There are three rounds in total.
They asked very basic questions about the company, why you want to work as a recruitment consultant? Do you know what you will be doing in this role, what do you think is the hardest thing about the job, etc.
No behavioral questions about yourself or your past experience but I think you should mention your experience in your answer and make it relevant to their questions.

smooth process, met many different people and was able to ask lots of questions and get to know their expectations. Managers were very friendly. Most of the interviews were more conversations rather than interviews.
