Long Hiring Process. Having a strong portfolio won't help that much. After having a verbal interview I was asking to provide assignment! I have to sit 4 times to complete the interview. As a candidate I was expecting to get appointment latter on time. Appointment latter was given to me just 2 days before they want me to join.
