The HR department called to ask me when i could meet with the Manager. Then i was asked numerous question like am i currently employed? when could i start? Do i have any prior arrests? then i was called a week after that call. This was a personallity check asking about family living conditions and what kind of money was i looking for. Then had breakfast with the owner and he explained to me how Incredible our meeting was, then never called me ...lol

Contacted by one of the field training managers with a very formal interview which was more to identify personable skills. Then a 2nd interview was set up with a regional manager where basic info was asked about past performance. The company doesn't expect you to have any sales experience as they provide hands on training.
