Very weird. Was interviewed by multiple people in the first interview and was not told so beforehand. Second interview was in person and every candidate was invited, so I was being interviewed with about 20 other people at once. Additionally, they asked each candidate to create their own detailed “theme night” which felt like a sneaky way to steal ideas from candidates they weren’t planning to hire.
