I applied online, was contacted via phone for an interview. 1st Interview: Virtual Interview with two key individuals. Very honest, transparent and cohesive on role and company. Typical interview questions at beginning and then more technical throughout. 2nd Interview: In person interview discussing role and continued steps forward. Overall: Good discussions and clear directives on what they are looking for in a candidate. I enjoyed the interview but I decided to take a different position that more aligned with my prior roles.
