I felt that they were very misleading at the begining of the long interview process. Starting is minimum wage regardless of prior experience, and 6 day work weeks are required, but "when" you get promoted it's $150-250k salary. Seems like they should be able to pay more.

They pretty much only asked the very basics- can you see yourself in this position, what would you bring to the company.

Entretien
First interview through zoom with other candidates on the call as well. Second interview was a one on one. Can hear back as soon as the same day as the one on one interview. Process could only take about a week.

The interview went really in depth about the role and the values of the company. They seemed really passionate about what the position they were in and it seemed like they really cared about the interviewees
