Process took 4 months. Applied in February, screening call in April, final round of interview in June. Initial screening call was straight forward. They described the type of team I would be working with and wanted to know why I wanted to work at RAND. Final round of interviews was 6 hours including a presentation, and several 30-minute conversations. Overall, it was a positive experience. With that being said, 4 months is a long time to wait.
