Summary: unorganized, no clear process or timeline, and automated email rejection was sent after multiple interviews. - Calendar invites were not sent for the interviews with the meeting link and participants info - Was not given a clear interview path, meaning who I was meeting with, when, why, and what the whole process looked like end to end - which meant there was no timeline discussed for the process either - Was asked if I’d be willing to be considered for multiple roles, and after saying absolutely, there was no follow up on the additional roles - After three 45 minute interviews, a generic/automated rejection email was sent, with no personalization or feedback. When asked for feedback, there has been no response. - Went from “being considered for multiple open roles” to be rejected with zero feedback or explanation

I have been on the job hunt for several months and I was excited to apply to Quorum as their organizational values, vision and mission greatly appeal to me. I was reached out to regarding an interview and told to fill out availability. I replied within the hour for confirmation that I read their instructions and proceeded to fill out availability. A couple hours later I received another email saying that the position was filled and to disregard all previous communication. I also want to note that the job had only been open for 1.5-2 weeks at this point. This lack of transparency and miscommunication signifies some serious internal issues at Quorum. In the midst of a global pandemic, the lack of empathy shown to job searchers and prospective employees on Quorum's side is disappointing.
