The interview starts with a meet and greet with me, where we cover your motivations, reasons for going into why you would want to go into consulting, and what you would be looking for. If successful, the next round would be an aptitude test - testing communication, reasoning, and general problem-solving skills. The third round would be a presentation on the Quantitative Finance space, to gauge commercial awareness, business acumen, and general interest in the space. If all goes well, you would meet the team!
