I had gone through 3 rounds of interview at Quantiphi Hr , Round 1 , Round 2 None of the three were in sync with one another. Round 1: Interviewer told me that they’re looking specifically for a Scrum master. Round 2: Interviewer told me they’re looking for Business Analyst Scrum Master role. Hr had a different say on the role requirement. She said they’re looking for Project Manager cum Scrum Master role. Kindly get your requirement aligned internally before you call a candidate for an interview. Saves a lot of a candidates time and yours too!
