I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3+ weeks. Telephonic round was followed by Written test. More about DITA and technical concepts. the paper was lengthy with good technical questions.

applicants apply to the company site and based on the resume candidates are slected for technical round that happenes either via telephone or you are called to the location and then a third round where face to face happens. The company is good for freshers experianced people stay away the pay is not competative and there is no onsite. Overall good for freshers.
