The process started with a phone interview, and then there were a few online components. They had me read over their policies regarding work environment, which was a long document, but was really helpful to understand their mentality. It also shows their commitment to creating healthy work relationships and positive, growing environments. I ended up declining to continue the process because I was offered a position elsewhere, but I would have continued otherwise. I admired their values.

Entretien
It was quick and painless. I had a phone interview and a face-to-face interview after that. There was a background check and a personality test to check compatibility with the position. The phone interview was with a panel of 3-5 people from various levels of management. I was asked about why I wanted the job, why I would be a good fit, and even some obscure fun questions like "why are all manhole covers round?" Everyone on the phone was super nice and the face-to-face interviews were even better. I knew immediately after talking to them initially that I would love working there and I definitely did.
