Super slow and unprofessional. They call once a month, when you already don't expect it. Schedule interviews 2 weeks after a call and then less than 30 min prior to it they change it with an "emergency" excuse. And they are never prepared for the call - you are waiting for several minutes till "she finds it on computer".
