First meet with QVC at a college career day. About a month later I received an email about HR wanting to setup a phone interview. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an on site Panel interview. After that a second interview with some higher mangers.

No structured questions. They just wanted to learn about me and how I have lead others before, how I have meet deadlines.

Entretien
It was fairly easy. Questions were open ended which allowed for me to speak on my past experiences in depth. I left the interview feeling pretty confident about getting an offer.
