Standard process, chatted with people over the phone first, then invited for a super day, then final chat with CIO. There are some very nice people on the research team, and there are a few that are downright arrogant from the portfolio side. The chat with CIO was not pleasant at all, she actually made a racially stereotypical joke when she found out my ethnicity. Had a friend that actually warned me about her beforehand, now it makes sense.
