Straightforward. Easy. The interviewer was nice and listened attentively to what I was saying. They asked follow up questions and seemed genuinely interested in my background and experience. The overall experience was enjoyable, however, I do not think they pay enough for the work you do. The salary could be a bit higher. The interview was easier than I expected and it was over skype. I have worked for them for a few summers now. Once you get the job for summer and do well, they will only have you fill out a form or request ( you don't have to interview again, ususally) if you want to work the following summer.
