Only met with my department manager but other associates met w all managers. Upon hire, Some managers are young and others from other departments try to micro manage for no reason. I ended up leaving because they put too much stress on associates for no reason. Managers will do the bare minimum and want to be praised for everything
The person who interviewed me was nice and honest about the job. We talked about my schedule and what they were looking for in a part timer. I also was able to get stock after I think a year or two.

Easy peasy, as I was able to easily answer their questions with diligence and grace. Super duper easy as I’ve already mentioned before, just bring your best smile. Do you understand the reason you want to work there? Think of that answer and you will be golden.

It was easy. I was told more about the company than asked about myself. I had two interviews in total, and both went about the same. The manager was very nice.
