The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and set up an interview within the next business day. She was very friendly and open. Clearly understood the responsibilities of the role and the practice, which doesn't always happen. From there, she connected me with the hiring manager who was also fantastic. We had an hour scheduled for our initial meeting but we extended it during the call because the conversation was going well. Others that I interviewed with were also incredibly generous with their time and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Probably the best interview experience of my career.
