I was looking for a job change when I saw a job opening on LinkedIn for Publicis Sapient. I applied through LinkedIn Jobs as well as sent my resume through employee referral after a week.
There were more than 200 applicants, so I had a low chance of getting noticed. After I sent resume through employee referral, I got a call within 2 days.
HR was cordial and scheduled a telephonic round next day after preliminary checks. I had 2 technical rounds within a week and got the offer letter within 10 days.

Question 1
For around 30 minutes, domain specific questions and coding challenges in the last organization were asked.
Data structures and algorithms, Core Java concepts, networking and socket programming questions. Web-based questions on HTTP, JavaScript and backend support provided.
Logic writing for an algorithm was also done.
