Sometime back I got a call from recruiter(Karthik cm) from sapient. He asked me for my experience and after that asked me expected salary. I answered 60% hike. He agreed and sent me interview call letter. It took almost whole saturday for only one coding test. I have cleared the test. After that he arranged three telephonic discussion. I have cleared all of them. This whole process took 20 - 25 days. After that recruiter called me and told me like eventhough you have cleared all the rounds, we would not be able to give you what you have expected. He gave me reason like you have been pushed for lead role but you only suitable for senior software engineer position. After all this discussion I told them I want atleast 50 % . He then agreed and told me that He needed to check with manager. I said okay. After 6-7 days he called me like manager has approved . I talked to him verbally. But written approval is required and that is still in progress. I have waited for 4-5 days as I have not received any updates from him. I tried to reach him on call. He was not picking up my any call. I have tried 15-20 times. After 7 days he called me and told that 50% hike was not possible. They had not approved. we can give you max 40% hike. I agreed. He told me like that has been approved only and would send you call letter directly. I said okay. 3-4 days passed and I have not received any update. I called him for 4-5 days atleast(30-40) times. He had not received the call. I dropped him messages also. But no reply. After few days I got message like needs have been filled. So this is very unprofessional behaviour. I have invested my this much of time to get offer and I agree to salary hike whatever they are ready for(40%). It took almost 2 months. I have not received any offer. If you do not have needs, why are you conducting this much of interview and wasting candidate's time. And If you have need then after clearing all interviews,release the offer after mutual agreement.

Worst process , their company has no adaptation of technology and they ask question like they are google, stupid company with stupid process. If u r available , they will give u highest package as u want , and throw u out if u don’t like project.

1. Quiz, 2. Coding Exercise, 3.PI starting two rounds are easy and mostly, mostly who is having good exploration on core java can crake easily but PI is more specific to deep knowledge.

Entretien
First two rounds were online tests . Second round is online coding just for name sake . Third round was video interview in which the interviewer was not interested at all . Rather than asking technical questions , he asked whether you know these technologies and the technologies list went on . Simply a time waste attending online coding spending 3 hours for that .
