First I had a phone interview/ screening with a recruiter through PHM, then was brought in for an in person interview - met with 3 members of the team I would be on if I received the job (30 mins each) - was brought back a week later to meet with two other people - was offered a position the following week - overall process took about 3 - 4 weeks from phone interview to offer

Applied through an internal referral. They reached out to set some time up to discuss my passions and previous roles. I told them what I had done, my background and any certifications I had that were relevant to the job at hand.
