J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Prudential (Roseland, NJ) en juin 2018
Entretien
I interviewed with Prudential for two separate Manager roles within a 6 month time frame.
The interview process for the first Manager role took just over 3 months from start to finish. I attended 3 rounds of interviews with 6 different individuals and made it all the way to the final round only to be informed that an offer was extended to another member already on the team or within the company.
For the second Manager role the entire process took a little less time, about 2 months from start to finish. I attended 3 rounds of interviews with 7 different individuals. Same outcome as the first.
Scheduling the interviews for both roles was easy; HR & team were very accommodating. I guess my only gripe with both of these interviews is the amount of time they carry on until the end result. On both occasions another member on the team was selected for the role.
By all means I definitely agree with Prudential’s decision to promote within their own talent pool, however, it can be quite discouraging to make it all the way to end only to be told “offer was extended to someone else within the company.” There’s a lot of time invested in the interview process (for both the company and the candidate) and I almost feel that if your intention is to hire from within, perhaps going all the way to the final round is a bit much. How can someone with Management experience have the opportunity to join the Prudential team?

3 rounds with no weird situational questions and nice conversation, overall the process went fairly quickly and I had an offer within a couple weeks. I liked that there wasn't any fluff, it was all real conversation.

It was pretty easy. Basically 4 interviews and the last few there were multiple people. Also they might ask you technical questions but mostly anode of a vibe check. It’s not that hard
