I didn't feel comfortable with the hiring manager, couldn't see myself working with her day in and day out, and it didn't seem like a good fit. The hiring manager said the next phase would be a panel interview. I went with my gut feeling, and withdrew from the interview process. The second risk management position, their recruiter sent the self-scheduled interview and then cancelled it. It doesn't seem like they have functional, mature, and professional processes in place like other organizations and health systems I have worked with, and it gives me a better sense about why these positions might be open.
