I applied online and sent my resume to the HR person. I was then contacted by the divisional director I would directly report to and interviewed with her first. Then I was interviewed by the school's headmaster and about a week later, the school's chairman interviewed me. It was a total of 3 interviews and then I was offered a position over the phone.
