There were a lot of questions that talked about goals and what you want out of a career (these were asked to mine you for information to use against you later). The one interview question that really was inappropriate was: when I pronounced by name (I am of non-Caucasian descent) The guy interviewing me, the owner, asked me if the name was Irish (I am definitely not Irish). I walked out of that interview feeling horrible and embarrassed that I even gave him the time of day.
