I completed the online application and received a follow up email to complete an online assessment. The assessment kicked me out a few times and it took over an hour to submit because of the technical errors. I received a denial letter a couple of days later. In this market, Progressive may be missing out on good applicants as you have to go through such a process before speaking to anyone about the job itself or qualifications. They may want to reevaluate their process.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
