First online assessments. There are two. If you pass they do a phone interview. The phone interview went fine until the STAR questions. I had 25 answers for possible questions I had written down and I had studied for but somehow the recruiter managed to ask 2 questions I didn't have answers for and apparently that was all that matterered as I got a rejection two days later. I have years of claims experience but apparently all that matters is having perfectly answered STAR questions. Very frustrated and disappointed that was all that mattered to them.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
