Phone interview then computer skills test and then a physical interview. The phone interview was with an HR rep that was pretty basic, just a personality competition really. Make sure to smile while talking to them, it helps. Then you had to do a skills test (basic English grammar and mathematics). Then you had to sit before a panel of two to three managers talking asking a series of questions and providing some information about the company and "hyping" it up.

Background info? education? Knowledge? What is your desired salary? Etc. The questions were very basic and typical for any position. They mainly wanted to get a feel for the person that applied to their company to see if he would be a good fit. From what I have seen, skills are not as big a requirement here, mainly how personable you can be and how chummy you can be with management afterwards.

3 interviews total, 1 recorded of yourself answering questions the have for you. 2nd is with someone and 3rd is also with a manager then talking about next steps. It was more intense than I thought.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
