Progressive has a very thorough interview process that begins after you complete an online test. About two weeks later, a recruiter performs an interview with you over the phone. Following the phone interview, Progressive begins a background check on you. About three weeks following the background check, Progressive will have someone from the branch you applied at to reach out to you. I would practice answering potential questions in STAR format. I practiced for a considerable amount of time, but my mind went blank during the interview, and unfortunately, they don't want to know about you or your professional skills, but how you would perform in certain situations. Needless to say, I did not get the job. The interviewing manager was very nice and very friendly.
