Very difficult and tough .. the pre-selection process is unpredictable and you hardlly pass with common sense. Although the place is well known for it's nice benefits but people talk about how they dont appreciate different people. They would ask you to join parties where you don't belong and do things you don't want to do and very stressful place to work in . I only heard of these reviews after the interview.
