First you take a personality test/logic test. Then you take another logic test. Then a Character interview. Asked about team work and soft skills. Then an interview with the factory managers. Then an intern with the head of the entire factory. All character interviews

An initial one hour video interview before being flown out for a site tour and in person interview. Entirely behavioral questions, but they rejected me before I was on the plane home.

Entretien
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
