I really appreciated the authenticity and transparency during the interview process. The interview felt more like a conversation vs an exam. There was a total of 4 stages to the interview process, which started with a screening call, then 3 interviews that followed, plus a take home test. I think the process could have done with one less interview, but all in all, each conversation was enjoyable and a learning experience.

At first you get Take Home Test. Not much more information is provided. After a week weeks I got a mail that I was not selected and no further feedback.
