The interview process for this position consists of many phases (for me it took 6 months from point 1 to 6). : 1) CV and Letter of Intention 2) Phone Interview 3) Math Test 4) Group Interview 5) Individual Interview (right after group Interview) 6) 2-4 Weeks at Regional Academy (rated with feedbacks) 7) 6 months as Young Banker Program participant (various feedbacks, 2 math tests and 1 accounting tests, ppt presentations) 8) final feedback 9) 6 month probation period after which you are either promoted to Business Client advise (if you want and if there are available positions and mentors/ the probation period for this position is another 12 months) or stay in the same position (if there are no plans of shrinking of reforming// if yes than you are out)

I applied and 2 days later i got a phone call, where we arranged an interview. The interviewer was polite and asked me various questions. We were talking for about 45 minutes. She than told me that if they get back to me in 3 weeks I will get an offer.
