I applied on Craigslist, and pretty quickly got set up with a phone interview with a very friendly HR representative. From there we scheduled an in-person interview (which was with the same woman, plus another HR rep.) This interview was pretty basic. I filled out a skills assessment, took a typing test, answered some pretty basic questions about my work experience, my customer service philosophy, etc.
Then came the second interview - hands down the most interesting interview I've ever had. Spent nearly two hours talking with the CEO in his office, and not a single question was at all work related. A series of very personal (and yet not invasive) questions ranging from my relationship with my family, my experiences in school, to my outlook on life. When he mentioned towards the end that he was a fan of psychology, I was not surprised in the least. Left the interview with absolutely no idea whether I'd gotten the job or not, because I didn't know how to even beginning assessing an interview like that, but wanting to work for this company even more than before.
This company takes themselves very seriously because they're crazy ambitious. It may not be what you're expecting for a print warehouse, or an entry level position, but they're really looking for people who are motivated to grow, and help this company grow with them.
