I went through the initial phone interview with HR and a second and third phone interview with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director. All three interviews seemed to have gone well, we built a great rapport and everything seemed to flow. A week after the third phone interview with the manager, HR contacts me to ask if I’m still interested in the position. She told me the marketing manager had great things to say about me and that I had made it to the final 3 candidates for the inperson interview. She told me she would be in contact the following week to schedule the inperson interview. Weeks went by and I still hadn’t heard from her about the final interview. I had no way to contact HR since they would always contact me from Primrose’s no-reply email. Finally, about a month and a half later, HR emails me with a generic rejection email. Mind you, they had previously told me I had made it to the final interview. A recruiter from Primrose contacted me about 3 months later trying to schedule a phone interview for the SAME ROLE. I declined, if course. I found their hiring process to be unprofessional. Having the recruiter reach out to me about the same role motivated me to write this review.
