Someone who has a background in Biomedical Engineering and has a previous hospital or academic research experience.
Someone who is willing to work on call during the weekends.

Entretien
Very quick and easy. Applied on LinkedIn and got a response about two weeks later. Went in for the job interview and was treated good. Questions were not difficulty. Asked basic electrical circuit questions and thats about it in terms of technical questions.

Applied through a professional network. Got first call from HR after 2 weeks of application, telling they will conduct a technical interview too and date and details will be mailed to me soon. No response for another 2 weeks and I thought that I could not impress the HR about my candidature. later , by 8pm , i received a call again saying they will conduct a technical interview on next day at 8am. My performance was average as there was not much time to prepare. i could have tracked the interview with good preparation. each opportunity comes with new lessons and I am still trying to learn from my mistakes.
