The first phone screen left a bad taste for me. It was about 15 minutes, felt rushed and I got barely any information on expectations for the role. I felt rushed through my answers and the questions asked seemed thoughtless. I left the conversation not wanting to proceed with a company that cares so little about candidate experience as I would hold myself to a much higher standard as a recruiter.

I reached out to the direct recruiter as her information was listed on the posting. I left messages and sent over email correspondence. The timeline has past a week with NO response. There's a lack of professionalism here as a recruiter!

Short, passed along for a second interview the next day. They offered me the position on the spot but I did not actually start until 6 weeks later. The hiring process is really slow.
