The interview process was very quick. I applied for the postion and a recruiter contacted me for a phone interview within 2 days . The following week a zoom meeting was set up due to the pandemic but the hiring manager never showed up. The recruiter apologized for the hiring manager and advised the posting would be placed on hold . When the posting became available I wasn’t contacted. I reapplies and reached out to the recruiter . She never replied . ( being rejected is fine but this company has to work on being more professional and responding appropriately. This particular recruiter post on LinkedIn every day about getting people back to work but didn’t even bother to reply stating they filled the posting etc . Kind of hypocritical .)

First it is started with thirty minute phone screening interview.
Then a one hours video interview about technical stuff and some medical related projects .
Then after one week an offer.

Entretien
Was brief with not too many technical questions. It was based on my education, previous employer and previous work experience. Emphasis was on diversity and team management skills.
