I first submitted my resume and cover letter via e-mail. I was then contacted for a short phone conversation. Then I scheduled and in person interview . The process was rather simple and easy.

I send over a cover letter and my resume after hearing about the opening from the Rutgers Communication school. I was called two days later and was interviewed briefly and informally over the phone. I was then offered an in person interview that week. The interview involved basic interview questions and role playing with the hiring manager I talked to over the phone as well as the owner of the company.
